Welcome to The Whisky Cabinet!
What started as an idea by two friends (founders Art McIntosh and Terry Henson) sippin' a few single malt Scotches one evening, has now grown to be Central Florida's premier Whisky Appreciation Club.
We gather Quarterly for educational and highly entertaining whisky tasting events. We focus primarily on presenting unique, limited, rare and sometimes last offerings of some very extraordinary whiskies.
It may be hard to believe, but it's highly likely that many of our selections will be new to you.
We welcome you to attend a tasting event with The Whisky Cabinet. Our events have been described as whisky shows, a tasteful whisky experience, and a wild-whisky adventure. THE INDEPENDENT SPIRITS,
a new Whisky Series from award winning director Greg Swartz. This is the sequel to his highly acclaimed whisky film in 2020, THE WATER OF LIFE.
The Whisky Cabinet is proud to partner with Scotch Drinkers Only to host this very special and One-Of-A-Kind Event.
Get this, Greg will debut his new feature to the United States on Saturday, April 26th in Winter Garden. Yes, see it at Pilars in Winter Garden with the director, before it's aired on TV, PBS and streaming platforms. Come meet director Greg Swartz, as we showcase episode 1 of this long-awaited release, which will be accompanied by a rare and special single malt tasting event.

Cabinet News
The Whisky Cabinet had its first tasting in September of 2011, and we are approaching another milestone year.
Our club membership is now set-up as Quarterly Club Memberships, and club fees are simply part of the event pricing.
TWC would like to give a warm and profound THANK YOU to all of our friends and supporters for making this club a success, especially our Marquee member-partners who have been with us since the 2011/2012 season.

Bourbon Too!
Although we have been serving and teaching about Scottish malt whisky for many years... we's steeped in bourbon whiskey and are purdy dang excited to bring you select bourbon tastings when possible; although limited. You will find the same premium level spirits at our bourbon tastings as you have grown accustomed to from our previous events. TWC takes many, many months to locate and procure these limited and rare bourbons- usually requires a trip the Ol' Kentucky Home.
Where We Meet:
Our last several events have sold out as word seems to be spreading about our special club! You never know what's going to happen, who will show up or what special whiskies you will find at the next event. Mark your calendars for our next event, which will be at Pilars Loft (second floor). Seating will start at 4:30 pm, so arrive early to check in and get settled, as the tasting will begin at 5:00 pm sharp. Seating is limited, so if you want to sit with a specific group, it is best to arrive early. Pilars is a Great bar & lounge scene located in downtown Winter Garden, next to the famous Garden Theatre.
